ConformOS is an audit-readiness workspace for drone operator evidence. This early-access preview explains the product direction and the workflows we are validating before broader release.
Why We Built ConformOS
Drone operators and certification bodies run on evidence: flight logs, maintenance records, training records, risk assessments. When an audit comes around, that evidence is scattered across folders, inboxes, and paper — and every finding has to be traced back by hand.
ConformOS exists to close that gap. It brings evidence into one indexed library, works through standards clause by clause, and keeps every finding tied to the document it came from.
What ConformOS Does
The product covers five areas, and nothing outside them:
- Evidence intake and indexing: upload documents and records, indexed against the clauses they support.
- Clause-by-clause audit workbench: grounded AI findings with citations, worked one requirement at a time.
- Human auditor review and sign-off: a person decides, and the decision is recorded against them.
- Audit reports and gap reports: issued from the signed-off dossier with citations attached.
- Corrective action tracking: every identified gap gets an owner and a closure record.
The standards in scope today are ISO 21384-3 (UAS operational requirements) and SORA v2.5 (JARUS risk assessment), with cross-standard linking so one document can serve clauses in both.
Early Access
ConformOS is in limited early access. Onboarding is invitation-based while we validate workflows with each team, and pricing is quoted per year through a sales conversation — metered on issued reports, with unlimited drafts and re-runs.
