1Agreement to Terms
ConformOS is operated by Furistic Technologies Inc. By accessing or using ConformOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users, including drone operators, certification bodies, auditors, and authorized staff members.
2Accounts and Membership
The Service is currently offered through limited early access. Access may be restricted to drone operators, certification bodies, auditors, and their authorized staff.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including 2FA codes. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Specifically, you may not:
- Upload evidence without appropriate consent or legal authority
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering or fraud
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
4Fees and Payment
During limited early access, access and any charges are governed by the invitation, order form, or other written terms provided to you. If a paid plan is activated, its price, billing period, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refund terms will be stated before purchase. Amounts are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
A paid plan renews only when its purchase terms say that it renews. Those terms also explain how to cancel.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable purchase or order terms and mandatory law.
5Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. Export availability and post-termination retention are governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
6Limitation of Liability
Important Legal Notice
In no event shall Furistic Technologies Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
